1. Southern Seminary has a new dean. Dr. York replaces Dr. Wills. Dr. Wills still stays on and goes back to more teaching and research / writing.
2. Dr. George of the Spurgeon Center at one of our SBC seminaries steps down due to moral failure. My boys and I are listening to a really good kids book on Jonathan Edwards by him.
3. Dr. Sills at Southern Seminary steps down immediately from various leadership posts due to unknown reason.
May God be with these men...and with us.
Finally, the Hodge biography in the ARB series (see below) is very good so far.
