Tenth Presby

Had a great time visiting historic Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia this past Sunday, where my bro-in-law Tyler Yerk attends. Tenth (www.tenth.org) has been home to Donald G. Barnhouse, James Boice, and now Phil Ryken (great interview with Ryken at www.9marks.org). Phil is away on sabbatical, but we were very blessed to listen to Rev. Aaron Messner proclaim God's Word from 2 Cor. 4. The music at Tenth is second to none, featuring the Westminster brass. God has richly blessed this local congregation over 177 years, and it was great to get a taste of it on Sunday. You must visit if you're in the area.
