Family Ties

We'll soon be sharing some Christmas pictures once we return to Louisville, but here are a few from December.

Miles away from our families, we treasure the relationships we've formed through seminary and Immanuel Baptist Church. Some of our new friends are Scott & Sunshine Piland, and Matt & Bryanna Anderson. This picture is from the night when all four of them dropped in for a surprise midnight visit for what almost became a sleepover:

What's that Beeping Noise?

If you try calling one of us, you're going to hear what a friend just described as a "weird rapid beeping sound" (thanks Steve!)...that's because we finally switched our phones to the Louisville area code. To get our new phone numbers, please leave a comment or e-mail us at john.kristie@gmail.com. Our contacts transferred over to our new numbers, but it will just take a while to reach everyone with the new info.

So, yes, even though it's been six months since we moved here, we're still working on cutting the PA ties...our license plates are next (and hopefully last) on the list to go!
